The place itself is lovely but the food is extortionate for not very big portions! Would take a picnic next time :). Also no soap in the men’s toilets where the soft play is.

We wouldn't come again. Long queues to get in, the toilets were awful, food was poor for any dietary requirements & the petting animals were not treated well, looking scared & frightened.

Absolutely amazing place, jam packed with absolutely loads for the kids to do. We easily spent the full day here 10-5 and didn’t even realise the time! Clean, super fast service in the restaurant, so much entertainment and things to do, staff are so friendly and helpful, I could go on. Happy to be a repeat visitor and keep coming back!!

Wet day cold early in year not a lot to do because most of areas closed still but price still full admission think it be better during summer and in dry conditions as it was really very muddy on any grassed areas.

Was very disappointed. Weather was appalling so all but the soft play was cancelled!!yet they still charge the same money. The soft play was packed and noise was horrendous. Waited ages to order lunch service was so slow. Could not believe they can get away with charging full amount when nothing was open!! There was no staffing on soft play kids where climbing up slides and everything it was totally unorganised. Prices are appalling, £3 fir a magnum ice cream. Visited animal farm, my grand daughter was unable to see most of the animals due to fencing being too high, other animals were not interested in the feed we offered. The animals that you could hold were not open even tho nothing else was open so felt i wasted my money buying 3 bags of feed. I would defo not go back it was a rip off you need to look at the service you provide which is zilch absolute disgrace

Brilliant day out for the kids. So many grrat play areas, indoor and outdoor. Unfortunately, the toilets let this place down. Not enough of them for a place of this scale , they have always been dirty, and I have been visiting frequently for over 6 years now.

Kids go free at this time of the year. Not everything was open but given the time of year it's understandable. There's still plenty to amuse the family though. Check out the marshmallows shed, not only is it beautifully decked out but it's great to warm yourself and your marshmallows up.

Christmas at adventure valley was amazing, my 4 year old loved it, all the little activities were very well done, we were there for 6 hours including having food in the cafe. Well worth the £35 price.

We recently visited for the christmas wonderland and had a great day. Our kids loved visiting Santa, doing arts and crafts especially the baubels for the tree. I think my sons nursery would love to do that as a christmas activity at school. They loved going to the sweet shop and Santa's toy shop. They also enjoyed playing in the saloon and soft play. The new play areas look fantastic. Will definitely come again at christmas well worth the money for the tickets. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great christmas family outing.

Another lovely day out. So much to see and do. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took our grandsons aged 6 and 2 and they were entertained all day.

We went through the October half term and they put in on a Halloween theme and it was really good. They really thought about the event! The tractor ride was really good and my littles loved it! They have a lovely new play-area which is inclusive for all children including wheelchairs. You can definitely spend the whole day there and worth the money so I would definitely recommend Adventure Valley.

Very sad food & sad animals. The facilities are good, but the experience is let down by the details that are (in my opinion) important. Staff are friendly, although seem overworked. The petting farm area is really quite depressing. You may claim that you are "compliant" with some regulations (created by humans, not the animals who are affected) but the reality is most of these poor creatures look fearful, miserable, neglected, or all of the above. One of the goats had an eye infection, the mice were very clearly scratching at their walls as a gesture of trying to escape, most of the smaller animals tend to burrow and hide from kids constantly tapping on their glass, and I can't imagine any of them enjoy the screeching. Either take all of these living beings to a sanctuary far away from Adventure Valley or enforce some real rules to give them a better quality of life. On to the food - please see attached images of the £8 sandwich and "salad" that took me nearly an hour to receive in the cafe. First of all, make it clear how long the wait time is for food BEFORE people join the queue - why are you leaving this information till the very last second when people reach the cashier and have no choice but to wait? All it takes is to move the current sign less than a meter to the beginning of the queue. Secondly, I am struggling to remain polite because the slimy mess that you served me has actually left me feeling quite ill. I urge anyone reading this to bring their own lunch and avoid the stress of the cafe....

Where do i start we are annual ticket holders my husband myself and 3 grandchildren aged between 1-6 you could not get anywhere thats more value for money even if on a rainy day you only use the soft play We attended the Halloween event and it was lovely the staff were all dressed up fantastic costumes lets not forget to mention the staff are all lovely with the children There was a pumpkin barn where the children could select a pumpkin for a extra £2 then carve it on site if they wished A little trail where they get a stamp at each station which are rides ect then when completed go to meet the witch for a treat Also school holidays like today shows disco ect Well done all who work here
